The Railway Protection Force (RPF) Trichy Division platform is a unified performance management and operational dashboard designed for railway security operations. It centralizes critical daily reporting, post inspections, officer registries, case tracking, crime management, detection rates, and child rescues into a streamlined digital workflow.

The system provides divisional leadership and outpost personnel with real-time visibility into security metrics, active cases, and performance indicators across all railway jurisdictions.

Managing railway security operations involves handling large amounts of information across officers, inspections, cases, complaints, seizures, and performance metrics. When this information is spread across different systems or manual processes, monitoring overall performance can become difficult.

The challenge was to create a single platform that makes complex operational data easier to understand while allowing users to quickly access important actions and information.

The design approach focused on creating a centralised operational dashboard where users can move from high-level performance metrics to detailed records with minimal effort.

The experience was structured around Dashboard → Inspections → Officers → Rankings → Case Register → Complaints → Map → Reports → Settings. This creates a clear information architecture while keeping frequently used actions easily accessible.
